Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from the state of California. Orders are shipped on business days only. Items will ship once per week on Tuesdays. If your purchase was made on a Tuesday, the item will be shipped the following week. 

Please email smile@lovely32.com for expedited shipping requests. We will always try out best to accommodate our customers. Help us by adding a note with delivery instructions during checkout and picking the appropriate shipping method. 

Business days are considered Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. United States shipping is normally 2-3 business days. Canada shipping is normally 10-15 business days. International shipping is usually 15-30 business days. 

All prices and shipping charges are shown in US dollars ($USD). The item price is exclusive of any import duties and taxes. 

For all orders outside of the US, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Charges for duties, taxes and the carrier's collection fee are in addition to your shipping charge and must be paid by you, the importer. 

Shipping fees cannot and will not be refunded. These fees are solely the buyer's responsibility. Lovely32 is not responsible for missing parcels due to an incorrect address or buyer error.
